Meet Sara Rettig, LSW, LCADC, EMDR


Therapy can be a space to feel understood, supported, and less alone while navigating life’s challenges.

Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in painful patterns, or struggling to make sense of difficult experiences. I work with adults, children and adolescents, navigating anxiety, trauma, addiction, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and everyday stress.

Together, we focus on creating greater self-awareness, healthier coping patterns, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of stability and connection.

My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe enough to explore difficult emotions, process painful experiences, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Therapy is not about “fixing” who you are it’s about understanding yourself more deeply, healing what no longer serves you, and creating a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and fulfilling.
